1. After the installation and debugging of the equipment are completed and delivered to the user for use, the warranty period shall be free of charge according to the contract requirements.
2. Ensure that our professional installation personnel are responsible for installation and maintenance, and provide full-time inspection personnel for acceptance.
3. After the installation and debugging are qualified, the supplier needs a dedicated person to be responsible for management.
4. During the warranty period, free accessories (excluding human damage) will be provided, and long-term spare parts will be supplied at the factory price.
5. The company provides technical services throughout the working hours. Under normal circumstances, arrive at the site within 24 hours (within the province) after receiving the repair notice, except for those outside the province (arrive at the site within 3 days).
6. Regularly conduct comprehensive technical safety inspections and tests on equipment to ensure its safe operation.
7. Conduct after-sales follow-up surveys within three months from the date of installation completion.

Why organic membrane can not completely replace Ceramic membrane, or Ceramic membrane can not completely replace organic membrane, mainly depends on the applicability of materials. Ceramic materials are preferred for filtration with high material turbidity and solid content. The material is clear and has good solubility. Choosing an organic membrane has low cost per unit membrane area, fast filtration flux, and generally uses organic membranes for fine separation and purification. Organic material cleaning generally requires gentle conditions, and ceramics can withstand strong acid and alkali cleaning. The existence of different membranes is reasonable, mainly depending on the selection of equipment and membrane components that are suitable for your material. It is necessary to choose the appropriate one to better match the process conditions, making production smoother, production costs lower, and product quality higher.
