Product Introduction

Tangential flow filtration is a membrane separation technology commonly used in laboratories at present, belonging to the molecular weight level of filtration. It generally intercepts molecules in the range of 1-1000KD and can separate very small particles and soluble molecules in the solution. Tangential flow filtration is usually only suitable for separating molecules with size differences of 3-5 times or more, and is not suitable for separating molecules of similar sizes.

The ultrafiltration membrane package has the characteristics of easy installation, easy cleaning, low working volume, and high interception efficiency. There are two types, T01 and T05, but all types have the same flow channel height and length, facilitating linear amplification of the process. The use of internal gaskets makes installation, cleaning, storage, replacement, and other operations more convenient and efficient. Low working volume and high interception efficiency maximize product yield.

Typical applications of membrane packaging:

• Concentration: Concentration and dialysis of biological macromolecules (recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, viruses, etc.), desalination, buffer replacement

• Separation and purification

• Removing endotoxins

• Excluding macromolecules, etc

Product Features

1. This system is suitable for the matching of fermentation tanks below 150L, used for the concentration and collection of fermentation cells, replacement of buffer solution, washing, or clarification and filtration after cell fragmentation;
