Introduction to product process and characteristics:

1. Equipment integrated structure, equipped with rollers, and equipped with quick installation pagoda joints at the inlet and outlet;

2. The system is equipped with automatic overpressure protection function, and the overpressure automatically shuts down; Equipped with over temperature automatic protection, over temperature automatic shutdown;

3. Adopting a three membrane shell parallel structure, it can be switched through valves, using any one membrane element or multiple membrane elements simultaneously;

4. All stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, with single sided welding and double sided forming. The internal and external surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, simple operation, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and reliability;

5. Equipped with an automatic backwash system, programmed to automatically backwash;

6. Equipped with a heat exchanger, it can cool or heat up materials;





Basic configuration:

One multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, three SUS304 Ceramic membrane modules, three Ceramic membrane elements, two flow meters, one pressure gauge, one temperature sensor, one pressure sensor, one pressure regulating valve, one jacketed material tank, one heat exchanger, and one set of backwash system; Several equipment supports, chain clamps, pipelines and their connectors; A set of variable frequency starting system.
